We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to our global community of style-conscious women:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: We currently don’t ship to certain parts of Asia and some remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location.
Easy Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original order number required
- Items must be packed securely in original packaging
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sports bras unless they arrive defective or damaged. These items are final sale to ensure the highest standards for all our customers.

Once approved, you’ll receive:
- US customers: prepaid return label
- International customers: return address and instructions
Tip: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until your refund processes.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing times:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- You’ll receive email confirmation when completed
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We make exchanges effortless:
- Follow the return process above
- In your email, specify you’d like an exchange and include your new size/color preference
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item

Return Shipping Costs
- US customers: Free returns (prepaid label provided)
- International customers: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your chic essentials arrive damaged or defective:
